We will notify you if we detect something's amiss and you can choose to resolve the issue yourself or ask one of our experts to lend a hand.
Tier 1 offers a Pay-as-you-go approach to Cybersecurity and IT support. Remote IT support & Cybersecurity incident response is then charged at £70/hr
Tier 2 offers an Inclusive Time approach to Cybersecurity and IT support. There is a minimum commitment of 5 users and 5 hours per month Remote IT support & Cybersecurity incident response is then charged at £60/hr.
Tier 3 offers a Flat Rate approach to Cybersecurity and IT support. There is a minimum commitment of 5 users. Remote IT support & Cybersecurity incident response is included in the price
